No. Each person is permitted one 718sp account only. Having duplicate accounts is against the Terms and Conditions and can result in all linked accounts being suspended. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the password reset option or contact support to recover it rather than creating a new registration.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot your password?". Enter your registered email address and a reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not appear. Click the link, set a new strong password, and log back in. If you no longer have access to your registered email, contact support directly.

Log in to your account and go to the account settings section of your dashboard. From there you can update your registered mobile number and email address. Keep these up to date — they are your recovery channels if you ever get locked out. If you are unable to update them from the dashboard, contact support and they will assist you after verifying your identity.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on 718sp. This applies to all sections of the platform including Sports betting, Casino, Slots, Slot Games, and Bingo. Deposits & Payments

A pending deposit usually means the payment is still being processed on the payment provider's side. Wait the expected processing time for your chosen method — most mobile wallet deposits resolve on their own within minutes. If it remains pending after a reasonable time, gather your transaction reference or screenshot from JazzCash, Easypaisa, or your bank and contact 718sp support. Do not attempt the same deposit again until the original one is resolved, to avoid a duplicate charge.
Withdrawals

Log in and visit the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred withdrawal method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Most withdrawals are processed the same day. Once approved on 718sp's side, the funds arrive in your chosen account according to the processing time of that payment method.

Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved on the same day they are submitted. After approval, JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically arrive within minutes. Raast transfers are also fast. Bank transfers may take up to one business day after approval depending on your bank. Withdrawal times can occasionally be longer during high-traffic periods such as PSL season or major international Cricket series.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include an unmet bonus wagering requirement, account verification that is still pending, a mismatch between your account details and the payment account you entered, or an amount below the minimum withdrawal threshold. Check the notification or message associated with the declined request for the specific reason. If you are unsure, contact support and they will explain exactly what is needed to complete the withdrawal.

Winnings are calculated by multiplying your stake by the odds at the time the bet was placed. For example, if you place a PKR 1,000 bet at odds of 2.50, a winning bet returns PKR 2,500 (your PKR 1,000 stake plus PKR 1,500 profit). The bet slip always shows your potential return before you confirm, so there are no surprises. In-play bets are settled at the odds that were live at the moment you confirmed your wager.
